10kV配电网中性点接地方式选择及转供电技术措施研究 被引量:25

Neutral Grounding Mode Selection and Power Transmission Technology for 10 kV Distribution Network

摘要 10 kV配电网中性点接地方式的选择对配网安全运行及故障处理具有重要作用。以输电线路电缆化率为研究对象,利用ATP-EMTP建立10 kV配电网接地方式仿真模型,分析了不同电缆化率及接地方式下发生单相接地故障时的电气特性,并据此划分了不同接地方式的适用范围;详细比较了不同接地方式转供电的特点,给出建议的合环方式及保护配置,得到了如下结论:第一,当σ<10%时,采用不接地方式;10%≤σ<50%时,采用消弧线圈接地方式;50%≤σ≤80%,采用10Ω小电阻接地方式;σ> 80%时,采用5Ω小电阻接地方式;第二,对于小电阻和消弧线圈接地系统转供电技术中的合环操作建议采用直接合环方式,同时在合环开关处配置保护,及时跳开合环开关隔离故障,必要时可闭锁相关保护设备并发出告警信息,保证系统安全可靠运行。 The selection of the neutral grounding method plays an important role in the safe operation and fault handling for the 10 kV distribution network. Based on this,the grounding mode simulation model of10 kV distribution network by ATP-EMTP is established,and the electrical characteristics of single-phase ground faults under different cable rate and grounding mode are analyzed. The application range of different grounding methods is divided,and the characteristics of power transmission technology under different grounding methods are compared in detail. The proposed way of combining lines and the protection configuration are given. The conclusions obtained as follows: Firstly,When σ < 10%,it is recommended to use ungrounded mode. When 10% ≤σ < 50%,the arc suppression coil grounding method is adopted. It is suggested that the 10 Ω small resistance grounding method is accepted when 50% ≤σ≤80%. And when σ > 80%,the 5Ω small resistance grounding method is proposed. Secondly,for the combining lines of the small resistance and arc suppression coil grounding system,the direct mode is recommend. At the same time,it is recommended to configure protection at the closed switch,and jump off the closed switch to isolate the fault in time. If necessary,the relevant protection equipment can be blocked and an alarm message can be sent out to ensure safe and reliable operation of the system.
