摘要
目前,全国疫情防控工作进入常态化阶段,辅导员作为高校管理队伍的重要组成部分,在当前形势下的高校学生工作中发挥着至关重要的作用。该文结合疫情防控期间大学生及辅导员面临的挑战,分别从加强思想政治教育、完善联防联控机制、开展大学生心理普查、加强学生干部队伍建设四个方面,探究高校辅导员如何助力高校做好当前疫情防控常态化形势下的高校学生工作。
At present,the epidemic prevention and control work around the country has entered a stage of normalization.As an important part of the management team of colleges and universities,counselors play a vital role in college student work under the current situation.Combining the challenges faced by college students and counselors during the period of epidemic prevention and control,this paper explores how college counselors help the student work in colleges and universities under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control in four aspects:strengthening ideological and political education,improving the joint prevention and control mechanism,conducting psychological surveys of college students,and strengthening the team construction of student cadres.
