摘要
在"互联网+医疗健康"快速发展的背景下,本文基于演化博弈理论和仿真分析对互联网医疗的实现条件进行探究。研究发现:患者选择线上诊疗的主要影响因素是跨地支付成本和时间成本;网络医生评价体系是促进医生选择线上诊疗的动因;成熟的互联网诊疗体系与"家庭医生、多点执业"思路经过长时间的推广、最终将演化成为一种患者、医生和医院三方均认可接受的诊疗模式。基于以上结论,本文提出为促进互联网诊疗,应尽早实现医疗保险跨地支付,建立科学的医生评价体系,推动处方流转平台建设,以持续推进"互联网+医疗健康"的发展。
In the context of the rapid development of "Internet + medical health", this article explores the realization conditions of Internet medical treatment based on evolutionary game theory and simulation analysis. The study found that the main influencing factors for patients to choose online diagnosis and treatment are cross-regional payment costs and time costs;online doctor evaluation system is the motivation for doctors to choose online diagnosis and treatment;mature Internet diagnosis and treatment system and the idea of "family doctors, multi-point practice" After a long period of promotion, it will eventually evolve into a diagnosis and treatment model that patients, doctors and hospitals all accept. Based on the above conclusions, this article proposes that in order to promote Internet diagnosis and treatment, cross-regional payment of medical insurance should be realized as soon as possible, a scientific doctor evaluation system should be established, and the construction of prescription circulation platforms should be promoted to continue to promote the development of "Internet + medical health".
