一种混合型缓蚀剂在H_(2)S/CO_(2)共存体系中的缓蚀性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 将合成的环己胺丙炔醇曼尼希碱季铵盐和咪唑啉分别应用于H_(2)S/CO_(2)饱和模拟溶液中,采用静态失重法研究其在60℃、48 h条件下对N80钢的缓蚀性能。试验结果表明环己胺丙炔醇曼尼希碱季铵盐能够有效抑制H_(2)S/CO_(2)饱和模拟溶液对N80钢的腐蚀,当其浓度为200 mg/L,缓蚀效率为88.9%。咪唑啉也能有效抑制H_(2)S/CO_(2)饱和模拟溶液对N80钢的腐蚀,当咪唑啉加入量为200 mg/L,缓蚀效率为83.6%。将环己胺丙炔醇曼尼希碱季铵盐和咪唑啉以1.5∶1的比例复配成混合型缓蚀剂,在相同的浓度下缓蚀效率高达99.4%,证明环己胺丙炔醇曼尼希碱季铵盐和咪唑啉具有良好的协同效应,也说明该混合型缓蚀剂具有优异的缓蚀性能。 The synthetic Mannich base quaternary ammonium salt of cyclohexylamine propargyl alcohol and imidazoline were applied as corrosion inhibitor,under H_(2)S/CO_(2) coexistence condition.By the way of weight loss method,the corrosion inhibition properties of the mannich base and imidazoline to N80 steel was studied at the temperature of 60℃for 48 hours as well as in H_(2)S/CO_(2) coexistence conditions.The results showed that the mannich base and imidazoline achieved the best results corresponding to the corrosion inhibition efficiency of 88.9%and 83.6%individuality,when the concentration of corrosion inhibition was 200 mg/L.Added the same amount of the mixed inhibitor with a ratio of 1.5 to 1 to corrosive solution,the corrosion inhibition efficiency is 99.4%,which shows better corrosion inhibition efficiency than the single inhibition.In one words,the mixed inhibitor with excellent synergistic effect offered the best corrosion inhibition performance.
