摘要 为了进一步推进体系化创新和资源高效利用,电力物联网双创园区通过汇聚技术、资金、需求、成果等资源,提供孵化转化平台和环境,促进区域经济发展,助推电力物联网产业生态构建。以“政企校”协同创新视角对电力物联网双创园区的建设成效进行评估。首先,构建了电力物联网双创园区建设成效评估指标体系;然后,采用云模型进行定性指标定量化,并基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)—熵权法组合算法进行指标赋权,得到电力物联网双创园区建设成效评估结果;最后,对北京、上海、浙江、安徽四个电力物联网双创园区进行案例分析,验证了提出模型的实用性,为电力物联网双创园区未来发展和建设的管理和决策提供理论支持。 In order to further promote systematic innovation and efficient utilization of resources,the power internet of things innovation and entrepreneurship park provides incubation and transformation platform and environment by gathering resources such as technology,capital,demand and achievements,so as to promote regional economic development and boost ecological construction of the power internet of things industry.From the perspective of"government,enterprise and college"collaborative innovation,the construction effect of power internet of things innovation and entrepreneurship park is evaluated.Firstly,the evaluation index system for the construction effect of power internet of things innovation and entrepreneurship park is constructed.Then,the cloud model is used to quantify the qualitative indicators,and the indicators are weighted based on the combined algorithm of AHP-entropy weight method,so as to obtain the evaluation results of the construction effect of power internet of things innovation and entrepreneurship park.Finally,the case studies of four power internet of things innovation and entrepreneurship parks in Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang and Anhui are carried out to verify the practicability of the proposed model,and provide theoretical support for the management and decision-making and the future development and construction of power internet of things innovation and entrepreneurship park.
