摘要
过敏性疾病是当前世界性的重大临床和公共卫生问题,故其防治意义深远。笔者从天、地、人三因出发,探讨过敏性疾病病因病机,认为宜以“通天时之变,以奉其气”、“晓地域之殊,以顺阴阳”、“明体质之偏,以适其度”为则,以达未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复之效。
Allergic disease is a major clinical and public health problem in the world,so its prevention and treatment is of great significance.The authors will discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic disease from the three considerations of the time,place and human.It is believed that,based on the principles—“knowing the changes of time is to comply with the qi,”“knowing the special factors of different places is to differentiate yin and yang,”and“knowing the exuberance of human's constitution is to adapt to their limit,”the effect of preventing disease before it arises,controlling the development of existing disease and preventing relapse of disease after it is cured can be achieved.
