摘要
目的:观察参芪四物汤治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将再生障碍性贫血患者80例随机分为对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组给予环孢素软胶囊、司坦唑醇片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用参芪四物汤治疗,2组均治疗6个月。统计2组临床疗效及不良反应,比较治疗前后血红蛋白、白细胞和血小板水平变化。结果:总有效率观察组为90.00%,对照组为72.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间所有患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:参芪四物汤联合环孢素软胶囊、司坦唑醇片治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效肯定,且无明显不良反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Siwu tang for chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:A total of80 cases of patients with chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cyclosporine A and stanozolol tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenqi Siwu tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for six months.The clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were counted.Before and after treatment,the changes in levels of hemoglobin,leukocytes and platelets in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was90.00%in the observation group and 72.50%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,leukocytes and platelets in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant adverse reaction in all patients.Conclusion:Shenqi Siwu tang combined with cyclosporine A and stanozolol tablets has definite curative effect in treating chronic aplastic anemia with no significant adverse reaction.
