摘要
随着我国独居和空巢老人数量的急剧攀升,老年人居住生活中的孤独感问题逐渐凸显。"共享居住"作为国外较为成熟的模式,是解决老年人孤独问题、改善老年人居住环境、整合社会资源的重要途径。本文以国外养老设施、老年公寓、老年住宅等老年人居住空间为研究对象,运用类型学与案例分析的方法,从共享空间、共享建造、共享生活三个层次,归纳面向老年人的"共享居住"空间特征与运营模式,总结国外的相关经验,为我国今后老年人居住方式的创新提供借鉴与启发。
With the rapid increase of the number of elderly people living alone and empty nesters in China,the loneliness in the life of the elderly has become increasingly serious.As a relatively mature model abroad,"shared living"is an important way to solve the problem of loneliness of the elderly,improve their living environment and integrate social resources.This paper takes foreign elderly living space such as elderly care facilities,elderly apartments and elderly housing as the research object,uses typology and case study methods,concludes the space features and operation modes of"shared living"for the elderly from the perspectives of shared space,shared construction and shared life,summarizes the relevant foreign experiences,and provide reference and inspiration for the innovation of the way of living for the elderly in the future in China.
