“培养什么人”:学校体育改革的理性思考与价值重构——基于我国宏观教育目标演进考察 被引量:14

摘要 “培养什么人”即是国家宏观教育目标。文章从历史的角度,回顾分析改革开放40年来全国教育大会中有关宏观教育目标及学校体育的主要论述,着重分析国家宏观教育目标演进与学校体育改革的关系,发现其政策演进、改革过程中存在内生动力不足的现实困境。40年来,我国学校体育改革虽然取得了巨大的历史成就,但还需改变过往急功近利的思想观念与价值取向。围绕新时代“立德树人”的育人目标,正确理解和落实“健康第一”,增强学校体育“内生动力”,重构学校体育价值体系,走坚持中国特色的学校体育改革之路。 “What Kind of Person Should be Cultivated”is the national macro-education goal.From a historical perspective,the article reviewed and analyzed the main discourses on macro-education goals and school PE in the National Education Conference over the past 40 years of reform and opening up.It focused on analyzing the relationship between the evolution of national macro-education goals and school PE reform,and found that its policy evolution and the realistic dilemma of insufficient endogenous motivation in the reform process.In the past 40 years,although school physical education reform has made great historical achievements in China,it is still necessary to change the past ideological concept and value orientation of eager quick success.Focusing on the education goal “of building a morality person”in the new era,correctly understand and implement“health first”,strengthen the“endogenous power”of school PE,reconstruct the value system of school PE,and take the path of school PE reform with Chinese characteristics.
