摘要
目的对蜂房哈夫尼亚菌野生株与志贺菌、大肠埃希菌标准菌株的生化鉴定结果进行对比,筛选出对于蜂房哈弗尼亚菌相关性高的试验项目,为蜂房哈夫尼亚菌的鉴定提供简单易行的方法。方法对5株分离的蜂房哈夫尼亚菌野生株、大肠埃希菌ATCC 8099、福氏志贺菌ATCC 12022、痢疾志贺菌ATCC 13313分别用全自动生化鉴定系统GN鉴定卡和试剂API 20E检测,分析鉴定结果,筛选出适合蜂房哈夫尼亚菌鉴定的试验。结果吲哚试验和山梨醇试验适用于蜂房哈夫尼亚菌与大肠埃希菌之间的鉴别;β-半乳糖苷酶试验、赖氨酸脱羧酶试验、丙酮酸盐试验、鼠李糖试验和蜜二糖利用试验适用于区分蜂房哈夫尼亚菌和志贺菌。结论VITEK 2 COMPACT全自动微生物鉴定系统对蜂房哈夫尼亚菌鉴定结果不理想时,附加β-半乳糖苷酶试验、赖氨酸脱羧酶试验、丙酮酸盐试验和吲哚试验及山梨醇试验可作为蜂房哈夫尼亚菌的确证试验。
Objective To compare the biochemical identification results for wild strains of Hafnia alvei and standard strains of Shigella and Escherichia coli,to screen out the tests suitable for identification of H.alvei,and to provide a simple and feasible method for H.alvei identification.Methods A total of five wild strains of H.alvei,E.coli ATCC 8099,S.flexneri ATCC 12022,and S.dysenteriae ATCC 13313 were tested by using an automated biochemical identification system(GN identification card)and reagent API 20 E.The identification results for H.alvei were compared to screen out the tests suitable for identification of H.alvei.Results Indole test and sorbitol test were suitable for distinguishing H.alvei and E.coli.ONPG test,lysine decarboxylase test,VP test,rhamnose test,and melibiose utilization test were suitable for distinguishing H.alvei and Shigella.Conclusion When the VITEK 2 COMPACT automated microbial identification system cannot identifiy H.alvei,ONPG test,lysine decarboxylase test,VP test,indole test and sorbitol test can be used to identify H.alvei.
