摘要
辛宣芳化法有宣透湿邪、醒脾开肺之功,起源于先秦、开创于东汉、兴盛于明清,是温病常用治法之一。基于中医药理论对疫病的认识,新型冠状病毒肺炎可归属于中医“疫毒”“湿毒疫”等范畴,而湿毒是其核心病理因素,湿毒闭肺困脾是其核心病机,临床症状以肺系、脾胃系多见。辛宣芳化法切中本病病机,针对本病核心病理因素,可以祛除闭肺困脾之湿毒疫邪,同时兼顾中上二焦,通调津气,标本并治,邪去正安。本文从辛宣芳化法的源流等方面进行阐述,举隅治愈新型冠状病毒肺炎病例一则,为中医药治疗该疾病提供思路。
Dispersing and resolving pathogen with pungent and fragrant drugs,which means to disperse dampness,refresh Spleen and diffuse Lung.This method is originated in Qin Dynasty,formed in Han Dynasty,and reformed in Ming and Qing Dynasty,known as one of the treatment methods of epidemic febrile diseases.According to the viewpoints of corona virus disease 2019 in TCM,COVID-19 is categorized as an epidemic disease or Cold-Damp epidemic disease specifically,meanwhile the Damp toxin is the core pathogen.Whereas,the core pathogenesis is that Cold-Damp epidemic toxic traps Lung and Spleen simultaneously,the common clinic symptoms are belonged to lung and stomach.We hold that dispersing and resolving pathogen with pungent and fragrant drugs aims at the core pathogen and pathogenesis of COVID-19,this treatment could scatter the Dampness which traps Lung and Spleen,simultaneously regulating the Fluid and Qi movement,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,treating Lung as well as Spleen and caring for upper and middle jiao.We will talk about the origination of dispersing and resolving pathogen with pungent and fragrant drugs,and the features of COVID-19 in TCM.At the end of the essay,we provide a case of COVID-19 as an example who was cured by using dispersing and resolving pathogen with pungent and fragrant drugs.We want to contribute to providing references on treatment of corona virus disease 2019 in integrating Chinese and western medical way.
