摘要
通过正交试验研究了不同碱水热处理条件对热轧纯镁降解性能的影响。结果表明,最优工艺条件为热处理温度75℃,NaOH浓度9 mol/L,处理时间16 h。极化测试表明腐蚀电流密度从21.783μA/cm^(2)减小到0.358μA/cm^(2),耐腐蚀性提高60倍,各因素对降解性影响的主次顺序为:温度>碱浓度>处理时间。
The effects of different alkali hydrothermal treatment conditions on the degradation of hot rolled pure magnesium were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal condition was:alkali-heat treatment temperature of 75℃,NaOH concentration of 9 mol/L,pretreatment time of 16 h.Polarization tests also recorded a reduction in corrosion current density from 21.783μA/cm^(2)to 0.358μA/cm^(2),showing an improvement of about 60 times.The order of priority factors was:temperature,alkali concentration and pretreatment time.
