GMA接枝丁腈橡胶对老化废旧ABS的改性 被引量:1

摘要 ABS因其成型方便且综合性能良好,被大量应用于电子电器的外壳中。当上述产品报废时,产生大量废旧ABS(rABS),这种老化后的rABS综合性能及环境适应性均显著下降,难以应用于各类常规场景。因此有必要对rABS进行改性来提升其性能,拓宽其环境适应性及应用场景,使再生ABS能够更有效地二次利用。本文通过熔融接枝法将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝到丁腈橡胶(NBR)上制备NBR-g-(GMA-co-St)。试验不同含量的NBR-g-(GMA-co-St)对rABS的力学性能及微观形貌的影响。试验结果表明,在NBR-g-(GMA-co-St)的加入量为6 wt%时,由于NBR的PB相补充以及GMA的扩链修复作用,使橡胶相分散更均匀,rABS因老化而严重恶化的冲击强度,大幅提升到原来的252%,再生材料的综合性能良好,环境适应性得到显著提升。 ABS is widely used in the shell of electronic appliances because of its convenient forming and good comprehensive performance.When the above-mentioned products are scrapped,a large number of waste ABS(rABS)will be produced.The comprehensive performance and environmental adaptability of the aging rABS are significantly reduced,so it is difficult to be applied to various conventional scenarios.Therefore,it is necessary to modify the rABS to improve its performance,broaden its environmental adaptability and application scenarios,so that the recycled ABS can be more effectively reused.In this paper,glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)was grafted onto NBR to prepare NBR-g-(GMA-co-St).The effects of NBR-g-(GMA-co-St)content on the mechanical properties and microstructure of rABS were studied.The results show that when NBR-g-(GMA-co-St)content is 6 wt%,the rubber phase is more evenly dispersed due to the PB supplement of NBR and the chain extension repair effect of GMA.The impact strength of rABS seriously deteriorated due to aging is greatly increased to 252%of the original.The comprehensive properties of the recycled materials are good and the environmental adaptability is significantly improved.
