1例ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者支架植入术后支架内血栓形成的救治 被引量：1

摘要 经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)治疗是ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST-elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者最迅速有效的治疗方法,成功的PCI术能降低患者病死率 [1] ,但也会出现支架内血栓形成等危及生命的并发症。本文对广水市第一人民医院收治的1例STEMI患者PCI术后发生支架内血栓形成的救治过程进行分析,通过腔内影像揭示了血栓形成的可能原因,旨在提高对支架内血栓的认识和预防。
