摘要
EPC工程总承包模式在我国工程行业中得到了较为广泛的应用,其能够大幅提高整体工作效率,降低管理的难度,实现良好的发展目标。但是,由于EPC工程总承包项目的工程造价缺乏科学分析与基础定位,因此,实践过程中经常会出现各种的问题。为了解决这些问题,需要分析当前的管理现状,并采取有效的改善措施。论文分析了EPC工程总承包的基础概念,阐述了其存在的主要问题,并深入研究相关改善策略,以供参考。
EPC project general contracting mode has been widely used in China’s engineering industry,which can greatly improve the overall work efficiency,reduce the difficulty of management,and achieve good development goals.However,due to the lack of scientific analysis and basic positioning of the project cost of EPC engineering general contract project,various problems often appear in the practice process.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to analyze the current management situation,and take effective improvement measures.This paper analyzes the basic concept of EPC project general contracting,expounds its main problems,and in-depth study of relevant improvement strategies for reference.
