津巴布韦烟叶游离态和结合态特征香气成分的识别与分析 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】为比较云南清香型烟叶与津巴布韦烟叶之间的差异性,明确津巴布韦烟叶游离态和结合态特征香气成分。【方法】采用两步同时蒸馏萃取法对烟叶香气成分进行萃取,GC-MS-内标定量检测游离态和结合态香气成分。比较并分析云南烟叶与津巴布韦烟叶的游离态和结合态香气量的不同及其差异显著性。【结果】能够表征津巴布韦烟叶香气特征的游离态香气成分中有4-羟基-β-二氢大马酮、螺岩兰草酮等11种特征香气成分,结合态香气成分中有1,2-环己二酮,大马士酮,巨豆三烯酮等22种特征香气成分,游离态和结合态香气成分中只有4-羟基-β-二氢大马酮是共有的香气成分。【结论】筛选出的游离态和结合态香气成分共同呈现出津巴布韦烟叶焦甜、醇和及花果甜香的香气特征。 【Objective】In order to compare the difference between Yunnan light flavor tobacco leaves and Zimbabwean tobacco leaves,and to clarify the typical free and combined aroma components of Zimbabwe tobacco.【Method】the aroma components of tobacco leaves was extrac-ted by two steps of simultaneous distillation extraction method,and the free and combined aroma components were determined by GC-MS.The difference and significance of difference of free and combined aroma components of Yunnan tobacco were also compared and analyzed with that of Zimbabwean tobacco.【Result】The results showed that there were 11 typical free aroma components,such as 4-hydroxy-β-di-hydro-damaston,Solavetivone,and 22 typical combined aroma components,including 1,2-cyclocycline,damastone,megastigmatrienone and others.Only 4-hydroxy-β-dihydro-damaston was a common aroma component in the free and combined aroma components.【Conclusion】The free and combined aroma components were selected which could reflect the aroma characteristics of sweet,mellow and fruit sweetness of the Zimbabwe tobacco together.
