摘要
介绍了基于阀盖温度的往复压缩机气阀故障监测原理及方法,深入研究了气阀阀盖温度运行规律,详细阐述了往复压缩机气阀故障诊断分析方法和判定准则,并在工程实践中得到成功应用。
This paper introduced the principle and method of fault monitoring of reciprocating compressor valve based on valve cover temperature,researched on the operation rules of valve cover temperature in-depth,and specified the fault diagnosis analysis method and judgment criteria in detail,which is successfully applied in engineering practice.
