摘要
制革是将生皮鞣制成皮革的过程,这个过程会产生大量有高价值和危险的固体废弃物。因此,本文概述了关于制革废弃物的来源、产生情况和危害以及国内外对皮革废弃物管理的举措,总结了脱毛、铬鞣这两个主要制革过程产生的毛发、含铬废革屑的国内外资源化利用研究,其中包括角蛋白、胶原蛋白和铬提取,最后对制革固体废弃物回收利用中存在的问题进行总结和展望。
Tanning is the process of converting raw hides into leather,which can produce amounts of solid waste containing hazardous and high value components.Therefore,this paper described the source、production and hazards of leather waste,detailed the recycling use of research both at home and abroad of hair and chrome-containing solid waste producedfrom the three main leather processes of depilation and chrome tanning,which involved the extraction of keratin、collagen and chromium.Finally,the remaining problems and prospects of the leather solid waste recycled were summarized.
