脓毒症中CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞凋亡的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 脓毒症是指由威胁生命的严重感染而引起全身炎症反应综合征和免疫功能障碍的多器官功能障碍综合征。T淋巴细胞是获得性免疫细胞亚群之一,而脓毒症免疫细胞中CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的凋亡占重要的地位,因其与脓毒症的发生及随后的免疫抑制息息相关。多项研究表明,预防CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的凋亡可以提高脓毒症的存活率。进一步探究脓毒症中CD4^(+)T细胞发生凋亡的机制并采取有效措施减少这一现象的发生,是目前脓毒症治疗研究的重点和急需突破的方向之一。 Sepsis refers to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in which systemic inflammatory response syndrome and immune dysfunction are caused by serious life-threatening infections.T lymphocytes are one of the subgroups of acquired immune cells,and the apoptosis of CD4^(+)T lymphocytes in sepsis immune cells occupies an important position,because it is closely related to the occurrence of sepsis and subsequent immunosuppression.A number of studies have shown that preventing the apoptosis of CD4^(+)T lymphocytes can improve the survival rate of sepsis.Further,to explore the mechanism of CD4^(+)T cell apoptosis in sepsis and take effective measures to reduce the occurrence of this phenomenon is one of the current focus of sepsis treatment research and one of the directions that urgently need to be broken.
