摘要
目的分析个性化饮食护理在慢性胃溃疡护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月至2019年6月于本院治疗的90例慢性胃溃疡患者,依据随机分配法分为对照组和试验组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规饮食护理,试验组患者采用个性化的饮食护理模式,比较两组护理前后的症状程度积分以及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的腹痛程度评分、反酸程度评分以及灼烧感程度评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者腹痛程度评分、反酸程度评分以及灼烧感程度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化饮食护理应用在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的效果显著,有助于改善患者的症状,促进患者恢复,且患者满意度较高。
Objective To study the application effect of individualized diet nursing in the nursing of chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 90 patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the method of random distribution,45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine diet nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with individualized diet nursing.The symptom score level and nursing satisfaction of the patients before and after nursing were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients'abdominal pain score,acid reflux score,and burning sensation score(P>0.05);after nursing,the experimental group patients'abdominal pain score,acid reflux score,and the degree of burn score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the experimental group were more satisfied with nursing work than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized diet nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer has a significant effect,helps to improve the symptoms of the patients,promotes the recovery of the patients,and the satisfaction of the patients is high.
