摘要
以传统硫化体系、半有效硫化体系为参照,研究了抗硫化返原剂1,6-双(N,N′-二苄基硫代氨基甲酰二硫)己烷对天然橡胶的抗硫化返原性能以及物理性能的影响。结果表明:加入抗硫化返原剂1,6-双(N,N′-二苄基硫代氨基甲酰二硫)己烷的胶料的抗硫化返原性能明显提升。可以有效地提高硫化胶的定伸应力、邵尔A硬度、撕裂强度,且在空气中热老化后,该物理性能均有一定的提高。
The traditional vulcanization system and semi-effective vulcanization system are used as reference,and the anti-vulcanization reversion of 1,6-bis(N,N′-dibenzylthiocarbamoyl disulfide)hexane on the influence of the anti-reversion property and physical properties is studied.The results show that,the anti-vulcanization reversion can obviously improve the anti-vulcanization reversion performance.It can effectively improve the fixed tensile stress,Shore A hardness,and tear strength of the vulcanizate.After thermal aging in air,the physical properties are all improved to a certain extent.
