摘要
为解决区域性山洪灾害预报预警空间分辨率低、准确性低的问题,本文研究并设计了一种基于物联网的区域性山洪灾害预警系统,该系统以STM32L4为主控芯片,通过NB-IoT无线通信模块将采集到的山区内各项数据传输至云端服务器,使用Logistic回归方法建立山洪预警模型,并部署至云端以实现对山洪发生概率的实时演算,管理人员可通过登录云端管理平台实时监测山区情况。测试结果表明,该系统的预测准确率为82.61%,并能够完成对山区数据的采集、传输等功能,系统工作稳定。
In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of regional flash flood forecasting and early warning,a regional flash flood warning system based on the Internet of Things is proposed.This system uses STM32L4 as the main control chip and collects data through the NB-IoT wireless communication module.All the data in the mountainous area is transmitted to the cloud server,and a logistic regression method is used to establish a flash flood early warning model,and it is deployed to the cloud to realize the real-time calculation of flash flood occurrence probability.The managers can monitor the mountain situation in real time by logging in to the cloud management platform.The test results show that the prediction accuracy of the system is 83.3%,and it can complete the functions of data collection and transmission in mountain areas,and the system works stably.
