摘要
分析表面堆焊耐蚀合金的高压厚壁圆筒承压能力,难以采用经典的厚壁圆筒理论进行求解。基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,使用双线性弹塑性材料模型和Cohesive接触模型联合模拟,可得到厚壁圆筒截面的应力分布、结合面接触-分离应力分布、卸载后的残余变形等。以隔水管节流和压井管线插接接头为例,进行承压性能分析。分析结果表明,考虑材料塑性行为能够提升结构的设计耐压能力;卸载后材料的永久变形的量化结果有助于密封面配合尺寸设计;Cohesive模型能够有效模拟结合面应力传递情况。
The bearing capacity of high-pressure thick-walled cylinder with corrosion-resistant alloy cladding is difficult to be solved by the classical thick-walled cylinder theory.Based on ABAQUS,the cross section stress distribution,contact-separation stress distribution and residual deformation after unloading were obtained by using bilinear elastic-plastic material model and cohesive contact model.By using riser choke and kill line connector as an example,the pressure-bearing performance was analyzed.The analysis results show that considering the plastic behavior of the material can enhance the design pressure-bearing capacity of the structure,the quantitative result of the permanent deformation of the material after unloading is helpful to the matching size design of the sealing surface,and the Cohesive model can effectively simulate the stress transfer of the joint surface.
