摘要
为保障铁路运输安全畅通,需要对接触网进行日常维护与维修,根据线路的实际情况,接触网作业窗口一般分为垂直天窗和V形天窗。本文对接触网作业车V形天窗作业过程中的安全因素进行了分析,提出一种非接触式电场监测单元的工作原理及制作方法,其电场监测单元的有效性在实际测试中得到了验证,并基于此设计了一种接触网作业车平台转向报警装置。本文介绍并论证了该装置的设备组成、工作流程及工程应用价值。
In order to ensure the safety and smooth railway traffic,it is required to conduct the daily maintenance and repair of OCS.In general,the maintenance gaps for OCS operation are classified into vertical type and V type maintenance gaps.The paper analyzes the safety factors during operation of the OCS operation car within the V type maintenance gap,puts forward the theoretical principles and fabricating methods of a non-contact type electric field monitoring unit,whose effectiveness has been verified through the actual tests,and a rotation alarm device for OCS operation car platform has been designed.The paper introduces and illustrates the composition,working procedures and engineering application value of the device.
