摘要
天然气流量计量过程中,天然气气质组分作为一个重要的参数,不同气源的混合后将会引起压缩因子、高位热值、甲烷含量等出现较大波动,混合天然气对流量计量会产生明显的影响。为了研究不同气源的混合天然气对天然气流量计量的影响,首先采用离线计算的方法分析不同气源混合波动对流量计量的影响,结果表明长期使用固定天然气组分来进行混合气源的天然气计量,会产生了计量偏差,最后针对不同气源对流量计量的影响,给出组分变化采集准确可靠的措施和建议。
In the process of flow measurement of natural gas,the mass component of natural gas is an important parameter,and the mixing of different gas sources will cause great fluctuations in compression factor,high calorific value and methane content,etc.,and the mixed natural gas will have an obvious influence on flow measurement.To study the mixed gas of different gas source for the influence of gas flow metering,first of all,adopt the method of off-line calculation analysis of the influence of different air mixing fluctuations of flow measurement,the results showed that long-term use of fixed for mixing gas source gas metering of natural gas component,will produce the measurement deviation,finally aimed at the influence of different gas source to flow metering,component changes to collect accurate and reliable measures and suggestions are given.
