摘要
王自立主任医师是国家级名中医,在多年的临床工作中形成了自己独特的学术思想,自拟了许多疗效显著的经验方,总结其学术思想和临床经验对提高临床水平尤为重要。痰湿为病临床表现复杂多样,王老临证紧抓"脾失健运,痰湿内阻"这一关键病机,自拟藿朴化浊汤调治疗效显著。笔者在临床中多用本方治疗心血管疾病皆能取得令人满意的疗效。
Chief physician Wang Zili is a national famous TCM doctor, he has formed his unique academic thinking in many years of clinical work, he made many effective empirical prescriptions, it is important to summarize his academic thought and clinical experience for improving the clinical level. Although clinical manifestations of phlegm dampness are complicated and diverse, professor Wang grasped the key pathogenesis "dysfunction of spleen in transportation, internal obstruction of phlegm dampness" tightly, selfmade Huopo Huazhuo Tang coud obtain notable effects. The author could gain satisfactory effects when she applied the prescription to the treatment of cardiovascular disease in clinic.
