摘要 结核病是严重威胁人类健康的传染性疾病。结核杆菌感染宿主后引发多种复杂的免疫反应与炎症反应,导致结核病的发生,这些反应涉及多种细胞因子、蛋白质以及多种信号通路。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)能够在转录及转录后水平调节蛋白编码基因的表达,在结核病发病过程中具有重要的调控作用。目前有关lncRNA的研究是结核病发病机制研究领域的热点。lncRNA可通过对表观遗传的调节参与调控细胞因子和蛋白质的表达,同时参与信号通路的信息传递过程,调节机体免疫功能,进而参与结核病的发病过程。差异表达的lncRNA可作为结核病早期诊断指标以及探索其发病过程的进一步研究方向。 Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that seriously threatens human health.Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection causes a variety of complex immune and inflammatory reactions,leading to the occurrence of tuberculosis,which involves a variety of cytokines,proteins and multiple signal pathways.Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)can regulate the expression of protein-coding genes at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels,which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis.At present,the research on lncRNA is a hot spot in the field of pathogenesis of tuberculosis.lncRNA can regulate the expression of cytokines and proteins through the regulation of epigenetics,participate in the information transmission process of the signal pathway,regulate the immune function of the body,thereby participate in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis.The differentially expressed lncRNA can be used as an index for the early diagnosis of tuberculosis and a direction for further research on the pathogenesis of tuberculosis.
