摘要
六西格玛设计是一种统计衡量法,包括识别、需求定义、概念开发、优化设计、确认和实施几大部分,在工程产品的开发设计中应用广泛。文中利用六西格玛设计,对共平台的三厢车和两厢车的关键结构进行设计。首先,识别车身关键结构区域,确定设计对象;其次,通过QFD分析把客户要求转换成工程指标,通过普氏概念选择优化方案;最后,利用试验设计方法确定设计空间,并获取满足车身强度、刚度、轻量化等性能需求的结构设计方案。研究结果表明,文中提出的基于六西格玛的车身结构设计方法能够满足工程结构设计需求,在结构性能优化方面提升效果明显。
Design For Six Sigma(DFSS)is a statistical measure including the following parts of Identify,Define,Develop,Optimize,and Verify(IDDOV),which is widely used in terms of vehicle design.In this article,three cars with three and two compartments are designed by means of DFSS.First,identify the key structure and determine the design objects.Then,convert the customer requirements into the engineering indicators with the aid of the QFD analysis and work out the optimization plan through the Plats concept.Finally,identify such performance factors as vehicle stiffness,strength and light weight,which satisfy the requirements of vehicle design.The results show that DFSS ensures the structural requirements in terms of engineering,and enjoys a higher standard of structural performance.
