摘要
针对氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽吞吐开采中存在地面发泡质量不佳、泡沫注入井下过程中消泡严重的问题,设计了一种新型井下氮气泡沫发生器。该泡沫发生器由外部配套油管和内部可投捞发泡芯体两部分组成,能够在一趟管柱中完成注泡沫和采油两个工艺。外部配套油管通过螺纹连接在特定的工艺管柱中,可投捞发泡芯体能够实现在工艺管柱内部的投捞及卡定。发泡结构由轴流式变螺距导流片和搅拌桨片组成,该结构能够使气液两相高速螺旋流动,并对其进行搅拌剪切。对发泡结构进行了内部流场的数值模拟,结果表明:气液两相经过变螺距导流片加速形成高速螺旋流,经搅拌桨片的剪切扰动,形成多尺度涡旋流动和强烈的湍流脉动,气液两相混配均匀。数值模拟结果表明:该发泡结构设计合理,发泡效率高,可用于不同工况下气液两相混合发泡,具有很好的实用和推广价值。
In this article,a new underground nitrogen foam generator is designed,in order to solve the problems of poor quality of floor foam and serious foam elimination in the process of injection of nitrogen foam.This foam generator is composed of two parts,the external supporting tubing and the internal extractable foam core,which complete two processes of foam injection and oil recovery in one pipe string.The external supporting tubing is threaded to a specific process string,and the foaming core can be cast and stuck inside the process string.The foaming structure is composed of an axial-flow variable pitch guide plate and an agitator blade,which make the gas-liquid two-phase spiral flow at high speed and perform agitating shear.The numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the foaming structure shows that the gas-liquid two-phase flow is accelerated by the variable pitch guide vane,so as to form a high-speed spiral flow,and by the shear disturbance of the agitator blade,both multi-scale eddy flow and strong turbulence pulsation are formed,and the gas-liquid two-phase mixture is uniform.The results of numerical simulation show that the foaming structure is designed in a reasonable manner,and the foaming efficiency is high.It,which is practical and widely applied,can be used for gas-liquid mixed foaming under different working conditions.
