摘要
在一定温度下,焦化蜡油中加入脱氮剂可制备碱氮含量较低的焦化蜡油。文章主要通过工业生产数据,对焦化蜡油络合脱氮率和产品的合格率进行了探讨。研究结果显示原料中的碱氮含量、脱氮剂的加入量、氮气压力以及沉降时间对成品中的碱氮含量均有一定的影响,原料的水份含量对成品合格率的影响尤其大。因此,在生产过程中,应该严格控制工艺指标,以提高产品的合格率。
Coker gas oil with low alkali nitrogen content can be prepared by adding denitrogenation agent into coker gas oil at a certain temperature.Based on the production data,we discuss the denitrification rate of coker gas oil and the qualified rate of products.The results show that the alkali nitrogen content in the raw material,the amount of nitrogen removal agent,nitrogen pressure and settling time have a certain influence on the alkali nitrogen content in the finished product,especially the moisture content of the raw material has a great influence on the qualified rate of the finished product.Therefore,in the production process,the process index should be strictly controlled to improve the product qualification ratio.
