在日趋激烈的市场竞争中,拥有高竞争能力的现代化经济管理直接决定了单位的竞争力。在全球化经济的大环境下,经济管理的方式也在不断更新和发展,并显示出了新的发展特点,以便更好地适应现代经济变化。本文以大部分管理人员所熟悉的管理形式和管理理念方面作为研究切入点,对经济管理现代化进行了深入研究。同时对经济管理发展新趋势进行了深入分析后发现更多的单位更注重现代化管理的民主性和人文性,并将以人为本作为管理思想应用到管理过程中,进一步提升和促进企业的管理质量。
In the increasingly fierce market competition,modern economic management with high competitiveness directly determines the competitiveness of companies.In the context of economic globalization,economic management methods are constantly updated and developed,and have shown new development characteristics in order to better adapt to modern economic changes.This article takes the management forms and management concepts that most managers are familiar with as the research starting point,and conducts an in-depth study on the modernization of economic management.At the same time,after an in-depth analysis of the new trends in economic management development,it is found that many companies pay more attention to the democracy and humanity of modern management,and apply people-oriented management thinking to the management process,which further enhances and promotes the management quality of the company.
