摘要
在重载机车设计和试验过程中,列车运行的安全性和稳定性是重载列车牵引控制系统研发的重要目标。为满足设计研发人员对重载列车牵引控制软件研发的需要,同时有效减少研发时间和成本,本文从列车纵向动力学出发,在Matlab/Simulink平台上建立重载机车纵向动力学离线仿真模型。为了验证本文所建立的重载机车动力学仿真模型的可行性,在不同工况下对列车进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明列车在不同工况下都能够平稳地牵引和制动,满足列车运行的安全性和稳定性,为重载机车实际线路试验或运行提供参考。
In the design and test process of heavy-duty locomotives,the safety and stability of train operation is an important goal for the development of traction control systems for heavy-duty trains.In order to meet the needs of design and development personnel for the development of heavy-duty train traction control software,and to effectively reduce the development time and cost,this paper established a longitudinal dynamics simulation model of heavy-duty locomotive on Matlab/Simulink platform based on the longitudinal dynamics of the train.In order to verify the feasibility of the dynamic simulation model of heavy-duty locomotive established in this paper,the train was simulated and analyzed under different working conditions.The simulation results show that the train can be smoothly pulled and braked under different working conditions,which can meet the safety and stability of train operation,and provides reference for the actual line test or operation of heavy-duty locomotive.
