摘要
近年来,随着我国科学技术和经济的不断发展与进步,智能制造技术不仅成为生活中的必需品,更是推动人们生活发展必不可少的技术。随着智能制造技术的发展,我国各行各业也逐渐运用了智能制造技术。纺织服装行业在激烈的市场竞争中,要想站稳脚跟,最重要的就是将智能制造技术融入生产和制作中。智能制造技术的运用,不仅给纺织行业带来了较多便利性,同时也为纺织行业的发展提供了优势。目前而言,一些综合实力比较强的纺织服装类企业,已经开始向智能化制造进行大幅度转型,而一些小型的纺织服装类企业,由于受到了资金和技术等方面的限制,还处于摸索阶段。为此,从智能制造的概念开始,结合一些成功转型的纺织类企业的案例,文章对纺织服装行业智能制造模式的构建及其他方面的问题进行了分析和解剖。
In recent years,with the continuous development and progress of science and technology and economy in China,intelligent manufacturing technology has not only become a necessity in life,but also an essential technology to promote the development of people’s life.With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology,intelligent manufacturing technology has been gradually used in various industries in China.If you want to keep your feet in fierce market competition,the most important thing is to integrate intelligent manufacturing technology into production.The application of intelligent manufacturing technology not only brings more convenience to textile industry,but also provides advantages for the development of textile industry.At present,some textile and clothing enterprises with strong comprehensive strength have begun to make a substantial transformation to intelligent manufacturing,while some small textile and clothing type enterprises have been restricted by funds and technology,still in the groping stage.Therefore,starting from the concept of intelligent manufacturing,combined with some successful transformation of textile enterprises,this paper analyzes and dissects the construction of intelligent manufacturing model in textile and clothing industry and some other aspects.
