摘要
目的观察卦位配合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的180例肥胖型PCOS患者随机分为A组(卦位配合穴位埋线)、B组(穴位埋线)和C组(决雌醇环丙孕酮片+盐酸二甲双胍片),每组60例。连续治疗3个月经周期后,对比3组患者治疗前后多毛评分、痤疮评分、中医证候积分、体重指数(BMI)值、血清激素水平、临床治疗总有效率及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,3组患者的多毛评分、痤疮评分、中医证候积分、BMI值、血清促黄体生成素(LH)及睾酮(T)水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.05);治疗后,A组患者的痤疮评分、中医证候积分、BMI值、临床治疗总有效率、LH水平及T水平较B组和C组改善(P<0.05)。结论卦位配合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型PCOS,可以有效改善患者肝郁肾虚证、痤疮、临床症状及体重,下调LH及T水平,临床不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hexagram points combined with acupoint embedding in the treatment of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 180 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into group A(gua point with acupoint embedding),group B(acupoint embedding)and group C(daying 35+gehuazhi),60 cases in each group.After continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,the changes in clinical symptoms,BMI and serum hormone levels before and after treatment in each group were compared,and differences in drug safety were monitored.Results After treatment,the acne and TCM syndrome scores,BMI,serum LH and T levels of the three groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In comparison between groups,acne and TCM clinical symptoms in group A were significantly improved compared with groups B and C,BMI and serum LH and T levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate was significantly increased(89.66%).Conclusion The combination of hexagram points and acupoint embedding in the treatment of obese PCOS can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver depression and kidney deficiency and acne,significantly reduce body weight,lower LH and T levels,and have fewer clinical side effects.It is worthy of clinical application.
