摘要
非学历教育网络培训模式既有传统培训模式的要素系统,又有基于信息技术的特殊培训模式要素系统。在“互联网+”背景下,非学历教育网络培训模式是必然趋势,同时也是发展终身教育的有效途径。非学历教育网络培训模式主要包括网络培训组织管理系统、资源建设系统、技术运维系统、学习服务系统、效果考核系统、质量评价系统。创新非学历教育网络培训模式,重点是创新线上线下结合培训方式、共建共享培训资源、严格在线学习过程监控管理、完善培训平台服务功能。
The network training mode of non-diploma education has not only the element system of traditional training mode,but also the element system of special training mode based on information technology.Under the background of“Internet plus”,the network training mode of non-diploma education is an inevitable trend,and also an effective way to develop lifelong education.Non-diploma education network training mode mainly includes network training organization management system,resource construction system,technology operation and maintenance system,learning service system,effect assessment system and quality evaluation system.The innovation of non-diploma education network training mode should mainly focus on the innovative combination of online and offline training modes,the co-construction and sharing of training resources,the strict monitoring and management of online learning process,and the improvement of training platform service function.
