卷取机用扇形板锻造新工艺

New Technology of Fan Shaped Plates Forging for Coiler

摘要 采用自制弧形砧等简单自制工辅具,通过优化工艺流程和锻造成型工艺设计,原材料采用连铸坯代替模铸钢锭,成功锻造出弧形扇形板,经检验各项指标满足要求、产品金属流线合理。该工艺有效地降低扇形板锻件毛坯重量、提高成材率,降低原材料成本和机加工周期,达到产品质量要求。 Simple self-made auxiliary tools such as arc anvil are adopted.Through the optimization of the technological process and the forging process design,mold casting ingots as the raw materials are replaced by continuous casting billets,and the curved fan-shaped plates are successfully forged.After the tests,the indicators meet the requirements and the metal flow of the products is reasonable.This process can effectively reduce the blank weight of fan-shaped plate forgings,improve the finished product rate,reduce the cost of raw materials and machining cycle,and meet the requirements of product quality.
