摘要
培育新型职业农民,提升其自身职业道德修养是题中应有之义。农民职业道德培育,必须从战略定位维度把握其历史前提、现实前提和职业前提;从空间定位维度把握其吸收外来的必要性和可能性;从时间定位维度把握其理论基础、指导思想和价值引领。立足战略、空间、时间"三个维度",从组织保障、物质基石、智力支撑、阵地保障和秩序支持等方面不断完善农民职业道德培育体系。
It is necessary to cultivate new professional farmers and improve their own professional ethics. The cultivation of farmers’ professional ethics must grasp its historical premise, realistic premise and professional premise from the dimension of strategic orientation, grasp the necessity and possibility of absorbing foreign experience from the dimension of spatial orientation, and grasp its theoretical basis, guiding ideology and value guidance from the dimension of time orientation. Based on the three dimensions of strategy, space and time, it is necessary to constantly improve the cultivation system of farmers’ professional ethics from the aspects of organizational security, material cornerstone, intellectual support, position guarantee and order support.
