摘要
目的:建立一种大果飞蛾藤药材的快速鉴别方法。方法:采用实时直接分析离子源(direct analysis in real time ionization source,DART)结合离子阱质谱快速鉴别大果飞蛾藤药材,载气温度设为300℃,格栅电压设为+350 V/-200 V。定性鉴别采用比对东莨菪素、绿原酸特征离子和二级质谱进行。结果:该方法供试品制备简单,可以在短时间内得到样品质谱图,实现大果飞蛾藤鉴别。通过对不同批次大果飞蛾藤定性鉴别证明了该方法的可行性。结论:该方法可用于大果飞蛾藤药材的定性鉴别。
Objective:To establish a method for rapid identification of Daguo Feieteng(Porana sinensis Hemsl.).Methods:DART combined with ion trap mass spectrometry was employed to identify Daguo Feieteng quickly,the ionization gas temperature was set to 300℃,grid electrode voltage of DART was set to+350 V/-200 V.Qualitative identification was carried out by comparing the characteristics ions of scopoletin,chlorogenic acid and secondary mass spectrometry.Results:The method is simple to prepare the sample,and can obtain the mass spectrum of the sample in a short time to realize the identification of Daguo Feieteng.The feasibility of the method was proved by the qualitative identification of different batches of Daguo Feieteng.Conclusion:The method could be used to qualitative identification of Daguo Feieteng.
