摘要
研究渔业公共信息化建设与渔业经济效率相关性,有助于分析渔业公共信息化建设与渔业经济效率内在联系,辨识渔业公共信息化建设过程中存在的问题。基于此,利用基于熵值法的模糊物元分析方法和DEA—Malmquist指数方法,采用我国28个省区(市)2006-2018年的相关数据,分别计算各省区(市)的渔业公共信息化建设水平和渔业经济效率,并运用面板单位根检验、协整检验和误差修正模型综合分析渔业公共信息化建设与渔业经济效率的相关性。研究结果表明渔业公共信息化建设与渔业经济效率存在长期和短期均衡关系,且呈正相关关系。
The research of the relevance of fishery public information construction and fishery economic efficiency is helpful to analyze the inner relationship between them and identify the problems existing in the development process of fishery public information construction. On the basis of the analysis, this paper uses fuzzy matter element analysis based on entropy method, DEA—Malmquist index method and relevant data of 28 provinces in china from 2006 to 2018,the level of fishery public information construction and fishery economic efficiency in each province were calculated separately, so as to comprehensively analyze the relevance of fishery public information construction and fishery economic efficiency by unit root tests, cointegration tests and error correction modes of panel data. The results show that there are long term and short term equilibrium correlation between the fishery public information construction and fishery economic efficiency and the relevance is positive.
