摘要
目的:观察中药穴位贴敷联合艾箱灸治疗青春期女性月经不调的临床效果。方法:选取云浮市中医院2019年10-12月青春期月经不调患者60例,以随机的方式分成对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组应用中药穴位贴敷联合艾箱灸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、孕激素(P)与黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组P与LH水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合艾箱灸治疗青春期女性月经不调的临床效果突出,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxa box moxibustion in the treatment of adolescent women with irregular menstruation.Method:Sixty patients from October to December 2019 in Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with moxa box moxibustion.Compared the treatment effects,levels of progesterone(P)and luteinizing hormone(LH)of the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P and LH in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxa box moxibustion has outstanding clinical effects in the treatment of adolescent women with irregular menstruation,and it is worthy of clinical application.
