摘要
目的:探讨认识行为干预结合情绪释放法对改善急诊科护士负面情绪及减轻工作压力的效果,为改善急诊科护士负面情绪、减轻工作压力及提高满意度提供一种新的干预措施。方法:于2020年3-7月选取深圳市大鹏新区妇幼保健院和宝安区福永人民医院急诊科护士共70例为研究对象,随机分成研究组和对照组,每组35例,对照组接受自我调节,研究组采用认识行为干预结合情绪释放法进行干预治疗,干预治疗6周后评价两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、情绪衰竭(EE)、工作态度(DP)、个人成就感(PA)评分及对工作满意度。结果:干预前两组SDS和SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组SDS和SAS评分均低于本组干预前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组干预前后SDS和SAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预前两组EE、DP和PA评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组EE、DP评分均低于对照组,PA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组干预前后EE、DP和PA评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组对工作总满意度为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的62.86%(22/35),差异有统计学意义(X^(2)=3.9157,P<0.05)。结论:认识行为干预结合情绪释放法能有效改善急诊科护士负面情绪,并能减轻其工作压力和提高服务患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with emotion release in improving negative emotions and reducing work stress of emergency department nurses,and to provide a new intervention measure for improving negative emotions,reducing work stress and improving satisfaction of emergency department nurses.Method:A total of 70 nurses in the emergency department of Shenzhen Dapeng New District Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Shenzhen Baoan District Fuyong People’s Hospital from March to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group,the control group received self-regulation,the study group received cognitive behavior intervention combined with emotional release method for intervention treatment.After 6 weeks of intervention,scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),emotional exhaustion(EE),work attitude(DP),personal achievement(PA)and job satisfaction were evaluated.Result:There were no significant differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),after intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those before intervention and in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores in the control group before and after intervention(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in EE,DP and PA scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),after intervention,the EE and DP scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the PA score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in EE,DP and PA scores in the control group before and after intervention(P>0.05).The total job satisfaction in the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 62.86%(22/35)in the contro
