摘要
PCCP管因具有长期稳定性能好的特点而被广泛应用于长距离引水供水工程中。依托工程实例,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立PCCP管段接头三维弹塑性有限元模型。随后分析PCCP输水管接驳处的应力分布情况,确定在管线改迁工程过程中,接驳口的变形及受力情况。结果表明,拔管施工过程中所需拉拔力为1600 kN;建议采取有效措施使PCCP管与钢管焊接处的温度快速降温和加强接驳口的强度和刚度。
PCCP pipes are widely used in long-distance water diversion and water supply projects because of its long-term stability and good performance.Based on engineering examples and ABAQUS finite element analysis software,established a three-dimensional elastoplastic finite element model of PCCP pipe joints.Then,the stress distribution of PCCP pipe section joints is analyzed,and the key factors affecting pipe section deformation and joint stress in determining the pipe section removal project are studied.Besides,based on the results of numerical simulations,suggestions are given for technical measures to ensure the stability of the water pipeline and normal water delivery.The results show that the required drawing force during the pipe drawing construction process is 1600 kN;It is recommended to take effective measures to quickly diffuse the temperature of the weld,and increase the strength and rigidity of the connection.
