摘要
就广州市番禺区一开发项目B级高度住宅基础方案比选分析,对地基基础成本的影响因素进行展开分析,阐述了影响B级高度高层住宅建筑基础经济性的主要因素,包括地质条件、主体结构条件、环境条件、施工条件4个方面的因素,其中地质条件为主要影响因素,在实际工程中应特别注意特殊地质条件的影响。研究结果可为同类工程提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the comparison and selection of B-level high-rise residential foundation schemes of the first development project in Panyu District,Guangzhou City,the factors affecting the foundation cost are analyzed.Expounds the main factors affecting the foundation economy of B-level high-rise residential buildings,including geological conditions,main structural conditions,environmental conditions and construction conditions,among which geological conditions are the main influencing factors.Special attention should be paid to the influence of special geological conditions in practical engineering.The results can be used as a reference for similar projects.
