茶皂素在刺参苗期对玻璃海鞘杀除效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为寻求刺参苗种生产期间清除玻璃海鞘的有效方法,以天然环保的茶皂素作为杀虫药物,研究了不同质量浓度的茶皂素溶液对玻璃海鞘的杀除效果及对参苗的影响。试验结果显示,茶皂素对玻璃海鞘具有致死作用,用质量浓度为5、10、20 mg/L的茶皂素溶液浸浴处理12 h,玻璃海鞘的杀除率分别为32.3%、67.7%、83.3%,用质量浓度30 mg/L的茶皂素溶液处理6 h,或用40 mg/L的茶皂素溶液处理3 h,玻璃海鞘的杀除率均可达到100%,而用质量浓度为50、60 mg/L的茶皂素药液只需处理2 h,玻璃海鞘杀除率即可达100%;刺参苗种在质量浓度5~40 mg/L的茶皂素溶液中药浴,6 h内无明显异常,将其重新置于新鲜海水中12 h即可恢复正常活动状态;在质量浓度为50、60 mg/L的茶皂素溶液中药浴8 h,刺参苗种出现轻度化皮现象,12 h时损伤率分别为6.7%和13.3%,但将其重新置于新鲜海水中后未出现死亡,经过一段时间刺参即能够恢复到正常状态。结果表明,茶皂素对玻璃海鞘具有很好的杀除效果,在质量浓度为30~40 mg/L的茶皂素溶液中药浴2~3 h,玻璃海鞘的杀除率接近100%,而且茶皂素绿色安全、经济高效、生态环保,适合在刺参苗种生产中推广应用。 To develop an appropriate method to clear away sea squirt Ciona intestinalis in the sea cucumber hatchery,the lethal effects of tea saponin(TS)on sea squirt and the influence on sea cucumber were studied.The results revealed obvious lethal effect of TS on sea squirt.The mortality rate of sea squirt after exposing to 5,10 and 20 mg/L TS for 12 h were 32.3%,67.7%and 83.3%,respectively.The sea squirt could be killed completely after they were exposed to 30,40,50 and 60 mg/L TS for 6,3 and 2 h,respectively.The sea cucumber exposed to 5~40 mg/L TS for 6 h appeared no significant abnormality and recovered to natural state after being kept in fresh sea water for 12 h.The mortality of sea cucumber after exposing to 50,60 mg/L TS for 8 h were 6.7%and 13.3%,respectively.Although some individuals showed ulceration after exposure,they could recover to natural state after some time of exposure to fresh sea water.In conclusion,this research indicated that sea squirt can be killed completely within 30~40 mg/L TS for 2 or 3 h,and TS is an alternative poison in sea cucumber culture ponds based on its effective,eco-friendly,cost-effective and eco-environment protection.
