摘要
目的:探讨牙周基础治疗对中重度牙周炎患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)和炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取门诊100例中重度牙周炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组接受牙周基础治疗,对照组接受口腔卫生宣教。观察两组治疗前后牙周指数、BDNF和IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平的变化。结果:治疗6周后,治疗组患者牙周指数各项指标、IL-6和TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,且低于对照组;BDNF和IL-10水平均较治疗前增高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗后BDNF升高,BDNF通过调节炎症因子的表达而起到抗炎的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of basic periodontal therapy on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and inflammatory factors in patients with moderate to severe periodontitis.Methods:Totally 100 outpatients with moderate to severe periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The treatment group received basic periodontal treatment,and the control group received oral hygiene education.Observe the changes of periodontal index,BDNF and IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After 6 weeks treatment,the periodontal index,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the treatment group were lower than before treatment,and lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BDNF and IL-10 were higher than before treatment,and were higher in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:BDNF increased after basic periodontal treatment.BDNF plays an anti-inflammatory role by regulating the expression of inflammatory factors.
