摘要
为了提高工字形结构安全力学性能,采用设计软件建立结构优化模型,通过软件Workbench进行拓扑优化辅助设计。主要对工字形结构在静载作用下开展拓扑优化设计,以质量减少百分比、最大应力、最大形变为约束条件,结构材料密度为可变参数量,结构最小体积密度设为目标函数,得出拓扑优化理想模型,为运用拓扑技术对结构安全应用领域优化提供可行的参考方案。
In order to improve the safety mechanical properties of I-shaped structure,the structural optimization model is established by using the design software,and the topology optimization aided design is carried out by using the software Workbench.The topology optimization design of I-shaped structure is mainly carried out under the static load,taking the mass reduction percentage,the maximum stress and the maximum deformation as the constraint conditions,the material density of the structure as the variable parameter quantity,and the minimum volume density of the structure as the objective function.The ideal model of topology optimization is obtained,which provides a feasible reference scheme for the application of topology technology in the field of structural safety optimization.
