摘要
目的:探讨维吾尔药内服联合涂油法治疗对肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效及安全性,为其临床应用提供具有一定参考价值的客观依据。方法:2018年1月-2019年6月,在门诊接受治疗的共52例肛门瘙痒症患者采用维吾尔药复方木尼孜其颗粒内服联合玫瑰花油涂擦治疗,10 d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后,观察患者的治疗前后的症状、体征、周围皮肤的变化情况,并对试验过程中呈现出的不良反应进行相关记录。结果:治疗10 d后,52例肛门瘙痒症患者中痊愈35例,显效11例,有效4例,无效2例,治愈率67.3%(35/52),总有效率为96.2%(50/52),治疗后6个月的复发率为0%(0/52)。研究观察过程中,所纳入研究的患者在治疗前、后各项安全性指标检查结果均未出现明显异常,治疗过程中均未发生严峻不良反应。结论:维吾尔药联合治疗肛门瘙痒症临床效果显著,使用方便,疗程短、疗效可靠,安全性好,无明显不良反应,复发率低,费用低,患者乐于接受,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of anal pruritus with the combination of oral Uyghur medicine and oil treatment,and to provide some objective basis for its clinical application.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,a total of 52 patients with anal pruritus were treated with compound Muniziqi granules(复方木尼孜其颗粒)combined with rose oil treatment for 10 days,and 10 days were a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,the symptoms,signs and changes of skin before and after treatment were observed,and the adverse reactions presented during the trial were recorded.Results:After 10 days of treatment,35 of 52 patients were cured,11 were markedly effective,4 were effective,and 2 were ineffective.The cure rate was 67.3%(35/52),and the total effective rate was 96.2%(50/52).The recurrence rate 6 months after treatment was 0%(0/52).In the course of study and observation,the results of all the safety indexes were not abnormal before and after treatment,and no severe adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:The combination of Uyghur medicine in the treatment of anal pruritus has remarkable clinical effect,it has the advantages of convenient use,short course of treatment,reliable curative effect,good safety,no obvious adverse reaction,low recurrence rate and low cost,patients are willing to accept it,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
