摘要
目的:观察整复手法配合点穴推拿治疗网球肘的临床疗效。方法:将64例网球肘患者随机分为两组,每组32例。对照组采用点穴、推拿和TDP神灯照射,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用整复手法治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为93.75%(30/32),对照组总有效率为84.38%(27/32),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整复手法配合点穴推拿治疗网球肘疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of plastic manipulation combined with point massage on tennis elbow.Methods:64 patients with tennis elbow were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoints pressing,massage and TDP lamp irradiation,while the observation group was treated with plastic manipulation on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Results:The total effective rate was 93.75%(30/32)in the observation group and 84.38%(27/32)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups in VAS score before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plastic manipulation combined with acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of tennis elbow.
