摘要
目的:观察半夏厚朴汤合逍遥散合方治疗气滞痰凝证咽炎的临床疗效。方法:采用半夏厚朴汤合逍遥散加味治疗气滞痰凝证咽炎70例。结果:痊愈12例,有效50例,无效8例,总有效率88.5%(42/50)。结论:本方对气滞痰凝证咽炎治疗有良好疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Banxia Houpo decoction(半夏厚朴汤)combined with Xiaoyao san(逍遥散)in treating on pharyngitis with Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome.Methods:Banxia Houpo decoction combined with Xiaoyao san were given in treating 70 cases of pharyngitis with Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome.Results:12 cases were cured.50 cases were effective.8 cases were invalid.The total efficiency was 88.5%(42/50).Conclusion:Banxia Houpo decoction combined with Xiaoyao san is effective in treating on pharyngitis with Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome.
