摘要
智能技术的推广应用为电气自动化控制的效率提升和精度优化带来了新的发展契机,为此基于智能技术设计全新的电气自动化控制系统。系统通信以网络为介质,由主控单元向主控制器发送控制命令,向远程工作站发送控制信息,由主控制器向智能模块发送控制命令。其中智能监控模块负责全方位采集电气设备的状态数据,故障检测模块构建BP神经网络模型识别当前设备是否存在故障因素,模糊控制模块基于粒子群算法改进模糊逻辑控制算法,确定准确的PID控制参数,以获取精准的电气设备自动化控制输出量。实验分析显示,该系统故障检测结果与预设类型完全一致,电气设备添加15%负荷干扰时,仍可以在短时间内将电气设备输出频率控制在平稳状态内。
The popularization and application of intelligent technology brings a new development opportunity for electric automation control efficiency promotion and precision optimization,therefore,a new electric automatic control system is designed based on intelligent technology.The system communication takes the network as the medium,the master control unit sends the control command to the master controller,the control information to the remote workstation,and the master controller sends the control command to the intelligent module.The intelligent monitoring module is responsible for collecting all-round state data of electrical equipment,and the fault detection module constructs BP neural network model to identify whether there are fault factors in current equipment the modulo/s control module improves the modulo’s logic control algorithm based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm to determine the accurate PID control parameters to obtain the precise automatic control output of electrical equipment.The experimental analysis shows that the fault detection result of the system is identical with the preset type,and the system still controls the output frequency of the electrical equipment in a stable state in a short time when 15%load interference is added to the electrical equipment.
